UVAXX Pte. Ltd. was founded by Barramundi Asia Pte. Ltd. in 2012 to provide custom autogenous vaccines and health monitoring support for Barramundi Asia’s fish.

Development of autogenous vaccines was started in collaboration with Nanyang Polytechnic’s School of Chemical and Lifesciences, however, for the last few years UVAXX has been developing and manufacturing vaccines independently.

To date UVAXX has six autogenous vaccines approved by the AVA for protection of Barramundi Asia’s fish and another eight in the approval process with more in development.  Additionally, UVAXX assists in monitoring the health of Barramundi Asia’s fish and has begun to develop vaccines for two large international aquaculture companies.
